Stop Cloud Extension (stopCloudExtension)

A Cloud Extension can be stopped and will stop Velostrata Edge Node-A and Node-B. The Cloud Extension can not be stopped if a VM is running in cloud using this Cloud Extension. A Cloud Extension is automatically stopped if it is idle (that is, has no Virtual Machines running in the cloud) for 60 minutes.
